YOUR PERSONAL PROGRAMME

The design of your personal programme will be based on what your change needs are, your preferred communication style and the pace that you want to work at. Hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming form a basis for all our personal development programmes as they are techniques that help people organise their thoughts, feelings, language and behaviours. We use subtle and often relaxing methods to help guide you to identify what is no longer needed for you and find the right steps to put the new routines in place. Our techniques help you feel supported and safe as you move through the various steps that allow you to replace old thinking, feelings and behaviours with new more desirable ways of being.

YOU CAN GET THE SUPPORT FOR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CHANGE

Hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming can be used to make improvements and find a balance in your general health and well-being and can focus on specific issues such as dealing with a fear or negative emotion. The following are some examples of what Hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming can be used for:

HOW YOUR INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMME WILL COME TOGETHER AND WHAT TO EXPECT

SESSION ONE

The first session is where we will initiate discussion around what is required. What do you want to change, improve, start doing, stop doing, what is the desired outcome, what are your reasons for the change work. What is motivating the need for change? Are you unhappy, in pain, not achieving what you know you can, feel stuck in a rut, want a relationship, need to improve your health and well-being.

We will begin to form our relationship starting to get to know each other, building up trust and agree how we will work together to make sure you have the best experience to achieve your goal.

If its appropriate for you, we may do some relaxation or guided meditation, the methods of which you can take home with you to use between our sessions. We may also develop some tasks to undertake at home so that your change is continuous throughout the process. After our first session you will at a minimum have the feeling of knowing you are taking the first step toward the change you want and a sense of relief in the knowledge that your goals are achievable.

SESSION TWO...ONWARDS

You will return for your second session where we will go through your proposed change plan and discuss how it will work. We will start to use hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming in a relaxed environment to form an understanding of how to find your resolution and make the change happen. Naturally there will be some discussion on the subject matter, however these therapies are not about dissecting all of the details, more about implementing the techniques. 

HOW MANY SESSIONS YOU WILL NEED

Your desired change will determine the number of sessions that are right for you, typically this would be 4-6 sessions however personal change is different for everyone so this will differ for individuals. We will encourage you to consider all the outcomes as part of your wider life to make sure they are realistic and achievable. You will find your peace, feel less stressed, find relief from worry, deal with pain, find physical healing and be more confident. You will move forward whatever your needs, wants, goals and dreams are.

Price per one hour session is £70. The first session maybe slightly longer and where a personal plan requires an alternative approach, then the session length will be agreed at the time. Please note that the location of the face to face sessions are in Teesside and Durham, however this does not limit other options for the delivery of service.
